Symmetrical layout, strict geometry of the facade, bright decorative panels made of tiled tiles – the project amazes with a well thought-out conceptual design. The axis of symmetry running through the central porch is supported by a circular skylight, while the elegant layout of the windows echoes the decorative vertical lines on the walls.
The light grout makes dark brickwork very expressive and goes well with turquoise tiles. This project uses a decorative embossed cornice under the roof as a counterpart to the dark basement. And the key architectural elements are illuminated by façade luminaires with a directional luminous flux.
