Stages of Payment for the Renovation Work

1. Departure of the foreman to assess the scope of work.
2. Coordination of details, signing of the contract.
3. 1st advance payment (30%).
4. Payment for rough materials (only payment, order and calculation are made by us).
5. Completion of the rough finish + 2nd advance payment (30%).
6. Purchase of finishing materials.
7. Fine finishing + 3rd advance payment (30%).
8. Acceptance of the finished object, payment of the balance under the contract (10%).

Phase 1. Assessment and Documentation

• Receipt of the application, departure of the foreman for evaluation.
• Calculation of the cost of renovation and draft materials.
• Drawing up a contract, estimate, list of works.

Phase 2. Purchase of Finishing Materials

• Ordering finishing materials.
• Acceptance and payment for materials (in 95% of cases the foreman accepts the materials, but the customer can also do this if desired).

Phase 3. Organization of Renovation Work

• Coordination of work with the masters, building of a team.
• Delivery of tools and equipment for work, including ladders, scaffolding, tile machines, etc.
• Coordination of work with the competent authorities (if necessary).

Phase 4. Performing Renovation

• Control of the renovation object 3 times a week.
• Additional purchase of materials, if necessary, delivery to the site.

Phase 5. Finishing

• Calculation of the finishing material.
• Receiving and checking the finishing material.
• Purchase of consumables for finishing.
• Interaction with other contractors (air conditioner, loggias, doors, windows, kitchens, etc.).
• Going to stores with a client to help with purchases.
