  • works in different styles: from Neoclassicism to Pop Art;
  • understands the needs and wishes of customers perfectly;
  • uses innovations in her projects;
  • knows how to find both effective and functional solutions.

The designer with 20 years of experience and an NCIDQ certificate confirming her high qualifications, has more than 500 original projects, including residential and commercial luxury real estate in different countries of the world, some of which we will present below.

Project

1. Luxury Apartment in Art Deco Style

The owners of this apartment with a private elevator and a rooftop patio dreamed of a high-status and spectacular interior that would also be comfortable for living. Having designed an interior in the modern Art Deco style, with black and white marble, illuminated onyx, dark wood and gold Maria Green created an atmosphere of respectability, luxury and chic. The original constructions of the fireplace and black glass spiral staircase, designer stained glass windows and the relief wall panels, as well as fancy designer chandeliers brought bright personality to the interior.

This whole dizzying cocktail of decor and finishing is harmoniously combined with comfortable upholstered furniture and a functional layout that includes dressing rooms, fitness areas and a spacious rooftop lounge.

Project

2. Penthouse in Soho Tower

Apartments in the high-rise building SOHO Tower are perhaps the most expensive real estate in Paphos, Cyprus. The 260 m² penthouse designed by Maria Green occupies the entire top floor and is complemented by a roof terrace with a personal garden. All rooms have access to a terrace with stunning sea views. And the lighting in the apartments is controlled by a smart home system.

The owners have 4 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, all decorated in Art Deco style. The main finishing materials in this project were beige marble with an etched surface that provides an aging effect, and moisture-resistant teak wood, which was used to decorate not only the floors and walls, but also the ceilings. Multi-level lighting plays an important role in the design, allowing you to change lighting scenarios depending on the time of day and mood.

Project

3. Sky 7 — a Michelin-starred restaurant in Cyprus

Designing the interior of Sky 7 — the first Michelin-starred restaurant in Cyprus, Maria Green was supposed to “work a miracle.” And the designer truly succeeded!

By choosing wooden panels with backlighting and brass edging to decorate Sky 7, Maria transformed the space, which initially resembled a huge bathroom lined with expensive marble, into a fashionable dining hall. And the coziness of the establishment was added by exclusive leather furniture, made by the best craftsmen according to drawings, and a designer screen made of red plexiglass.

Project

4. Cap St Georges Hotel Nightclub

Night club at the Cap Hotel St Georges Hotel and Resort is a favorite holiday destination for millionaires in Cyprus. Maria proposed a design concept in Pop Art style, collecting the best design ideas of the 70s in the interior and playing with them in the spirit of modern trends.

She successfully integrated interactive panels and suspensions for aerial gymnasts into the club’s atmosphere. The designer decorated the bar area with expensive backlit onyx, decorated the columns with sparkles from advertising billboards, and made the low ceiling dark and enhanced the atmosphere of space with LED circles.

Project

5. Domino's Pizza Restaurant

An original project of the Domino’s Pizza restaurant in a loft style, which combines vintage brick and weathered engineered boards, is liked by both customers and guests of the establishments. Red, blue and white details in the decoration make the interior fashionable and dynamic. An interesting conceptual solution was perforated panels, giving a reference to dominoes. And for the convenience of visitors, the furnishings were complemented with soft armchairs, ideal for long friendly gatherings.

Project

6. Beauty Salon in Israel

The OK beauty salon in Israel owes its success largely to the original interior design, which Maria Green implemented in the Bauhaus style, adding bright elements in shades of fuchsia and cobalt. The main decorative detail of the decor was the “flower wall”, decorated with the author’s fresco with a macro image of flowers. It looks impressive against the background of a light, laconic finish. And LED lighting adds depth to the space , highlighting iconic architectural details and storage systems.
