Blue and gold are ideal companions when it comes to a luxurious bedroom with chinoiserie elements. The main role here is played by metallic gold wallpaper with a floral theme traditional for Chinese culture. It smoothly flows into the bathroom interior, but is implemented there with the help of designer wallpaper in a rich cobalt shade. The geometry of the room is complicated by original textile draperies of white color. And to decorate the ceiling, Maria Green used a whole set of plaster stucco rosettes. As decorative accents in the boudoir, a ceiling stained glass window and an exquisite chair in the Art Nouveau style were used.
Along with Art Nouveau and classics, this project has well-defined elements of the Art Deco style. The Gatsby era is reminiscent of the ceiling pendants in the form of crystal cascades, which are placed in the corners of the bed, the cornice, chandeliers and the lacquered door with carved decor in the boudoir. The bathroom is dominated by classics with a traditional wall plinth that occupies the lower third of the wall. And the door with a frame of gilded baguette and a mirror insert echoes the design of the boudoir mirror.
