In a modern design project for a house in Cyprus overlooking the sea, the concept of minimalism is implemented in an eco-key, which made it possible to create an interior that is 100% in tune with the exterior. The large glazing area creates a feeling of incredible spaciousness and absolute openness. And Maria Green turned the cozy patio with a pool, which can be accessed directly from the living room through sliding doors, into an open-air cinema.
For this project, a complex color scheme was chosen, including both pastel shades (bleached turquoise, lilac, powder, cappuccino) and rich colors: dark chocolate, espresso, graphite. This “color therapy” is supported by the original LED lighting: in the bedrooms it is warm, in the bathrooms it is cold, and in the patio it is colored.
The spectacular finishing ensemble with natural stone and light wood in the interior of the house is successfully complemented by Sahara Noir marble, charismatic black gloss, sea pebbles and unique decorative panels made of onyx. And the unity with nature is emphasized by lush large-sized plants, which are used to decorate terraces, balconies, recreation areas in living quarters and the staircase hall.
