A large area of ​​glazing and transparent terrace railings visually lighten the facade. And the combination of concrete and wood in the finishing creates an urban mood, supporting the modern style of the project.

A «beach» area with comfortable sun loungers is located on the «embankment» decorated with decking near the pool. Maria also designed an original bridge for the linear pool, which organically fits into the exterior. And on the flat roof, from where a beautiful panoramic view opens, there was room for a recreation area with a soft modular sofa and a summer dining room under an unusual canopy.
