This large-scale complex of two villas with a garden and swimming pools in Cyprus is designed for hosting business meetings, family gatherings, and social events. Architect and interior designer Maria Green has developed an interior and outdoor space project that seamlessly combines the sunny aesthetic of the Mediterranean with the functional requirements of premium commercial real estate.

The project is designed in an eco-Mediterranean style, rooted in a light palette, sustainable materials, and expressive natural textures. The finishes and decor are dominated by light wood and stone, textured plaster and gypsum, white linen, and ceramics.

Open-plan layouts, high ceilings, and panoramic glazing fill the villas with air, blurring the line between the interior and the landscaped outdoor lounge areas. Spacious living rooms and open terraces easily adapt to various scenarios — from intimate private receptions to large-scale celebrations.
