Architectural design of a 2-storey 2-bedroom townhouse module 85 m²

Maria Green designed the two-story module in a townhouse in a modern style, choosing materials in gray tones for finishing. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen-living room with a dining area, a small bathroom, an open terrace with a barbecue area and a couple of sun loungers for comfortable relaxation. And the second floor is a private area with two twin bedrooms and a full-size bathroom.

The living room has a corner layout, and the kitchen located next to the entrance area is designed in such a way that a bar counter with a built-in storage system separates it from the rest of the space. This solution allowed to organize the interior well and place everything necessary. A laconic flight of stairs with winder steps leads to the second floor. The color of the staircase corresponds to the overall coloristic concept, and therefore looks very organic.
