Penthouse Design in SOHO Tower, Paphos, Cyprus

Apartments in SOHO Tower is the most expensive property in Cyprus, located in the only high-rise building in the city of Paphos. The 260 m² penthouse occupies the entire top floor and is complemented by a rooftop terrace with a private garden. From all rooms there is access to the terrace, which offers stunning views of the sea. And the lighting in the apartments is controlled by the smart home system.

The owners have 4 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, decorated in a luxurious art deco style, but as noble and aristocratic as possible: restrained, light, without theatrical elements. The main finishing materials in this project were beige marble with an etched surface that provides an aging effect, and moisture-resistant teak wood, which was used not only for floors and walls, but also for ceilings.

An important role in the design is played by multi-level lighting, which allows you to change lighting scenarios depending on the time of day and mood. It is implemented by an LED strip integrated into both vertical and horizontal surfaces, and spotlights. And designer chandeliers, which can be seen in the dining room and bathrooms, play the role of interior accents.
