Light shades, mirrors, multi-level light, golden accents — after a reconstruction, a reliable brick house built in the 90s with an obsolete finish and layout has acquired a new life. Its owners are a harmonious family of three generations, and in order to make housing comfortable for everyone, a complete renovation had to be carried out.
The public area on the ground floor has undergone the most significant changes — all internal partitions have been removed, and the opening between the kitchen and living room has been expanded to the maximum. For the interior design Maria Green chose the American style, complementing the furnishings with Art Deco-inspired mirrored caissons and emerald-colored accent details.
The bedrooms located on the second floor reflect the stylistic preferences of the owners – designer frescoes and collectible wallpapers were used for their decoration. And in the basement there was a cinema hall and an area for parties. Thanks to good sound insulation, the adult son of the owners and his fiancee can throw loud karaoke parties there.
