White marble, light wood, panoramic windows, black track lighting systems — the interior of the residential reception lobby, decorated in a modern style, looks light and dynamic. The concierge desk in CALACATTA ORO marble, despite its large size, does not dominate the space. It practically merges with the white floor, and the LED strip built into its lower part visually makes the large-scale design even easier.

The height of the room is emphasized by vertical LED lamps built into the finishing panels – they effectively outline the upper part of the walls. The main decorative role in the project is played by a unique LED ceiling chandelier. It is made in the form of a curly wide blue ribbon that seems to float in the air. And its color is supported by the blue upholstery of the designer chairs that Maria Green equipped the compact seating area near the window.
